Training Plan

Train for Change is a training series for people looking to go after that personal record, try a new event, or set a goal to do something different! Whatever your level of fitness, ALL ARE WELCOME! 

Food 1st Fitness has certified coaches programming each training series to suit your training needs, and get you ready for race day! Additionally, Food 1st Fitness, will provide online training programs and also cover nutrition on race day, what to wear on cold days, or how to eat on the bike/run!!

You will receive weekly plans for your training written by Certified Coaches at Food 1st Fitness.. Their personal successes include Ironman 70.3 World Championships, Ironman World Championships ( Kona) and Boston Marathon and too many to count local and area races.
