Want to improve your time? Or set a PR? Is this your first 5k, 10K or Half Marathon? We have a 12 week training plan option that can be customized to your goals! This training plan is designed for you by Tracy Byrd, long time running and triathlete coach.

This online training program will include weekly written plans to include running and strength training. Program begins Sep 14 and final date to register is Oct 12 (if space is available and fitness of athlete will allow for proper training time).
